Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 12:30 02:00 - 05:00 p.m. Summer
Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 12:30 02:00 - 03:30 p.m. Winter (Oct-Mar incl.)
Latest admission/collection at least 30 minutes before closing.
We are closed for reception & enquiries on Sundays, all Public and Bank Holidays.
It is best, where possible for cats to arrive during the earlier part of the day to allow them a greater number of daylight hours to adjust to their new surroundings.
